Introduction

After some encouragement from Tom and in an effort to keep track of what we are doing by the sea side I've decided not only to write blog but to actually share it with close friends and family. While I sort of did this when I traveled through Europe, as some of you may remember, I had to cut my trip short and with that the dream of being a world famous travel writer. Some people more than others have asked me over and over to showcase my photos and general mental rubbish in an organised fashion. So, HELLO TO YOU!

Not gon' lie... I still relatively self conscious that I'm going to somehow be judged as this 'phony' character. I can't believe I actually typed that... Catcher in the Rye is not my favorite book.

Anyway, inspirations have on-and-off been documented through photos, a few words but mostly by jolting things down here and there. Tumblr since way too long ago and those pesky yet ever so handy moleskins have been my primary gate way.

I leave you with some mugs I customized last month for our new house. You'll need porcelain paint, white mugs, loads of free time and a steady hand. I drew up patterns also for a cheese plate (ofcourseIdid!) which I forgot to photograph. Perhaps next time.
